The Role
The Operations Manager role is focused around managing the day-to-day work of our engineering team - who work installing / fixing security systems across the UK.
As Operations Manager, your everyday role will involve the following:
Planning day-to-day work for all engineers across the UK
Liaising with our sales and admin team to book in customer work
Liaising with customers direct to book in emergency site visits
Optimising engineer efficiency & profitability
Managing our engineer van fleet
You would be working from our Easingwold HQ, so living in the Easingwold / Thirsk / York area is a must - although after you’ve got your feet under the table, there is the opportunity to work from home for a period of the week.
You & your experience
Ideally you’d have experience in a similar operations role, however we’re also open to smart types who have the organisational and operational skills to do the job.
We’re open to all levels of experience - whether you’ve had 1 year experience to 50 years experience.
