The UK is changing its Telecom infrastructure (moving from old telephone lines to new fibre optic lines). This means that old alarm monitoring technologies will stop working, and need updating as you switch telephone lines.

As you upgrade your alarm monitoring, you can also choose to get your alarm system SSAIB-certified at the same time - ensuring your system is upgraded to British Standards and is a 100% insurance compliant system.

Add Panic buttons for 24/7 personal & medical protection

Adding panic buttons (either fixed or mobile) is a great way to add additional personal protection to your security system. Panic buttons can be used for:

• Personal attack scenarios (e.g. if you're home alone / operating a single-manned shop)

• Medical scenarios (e.g. if you're elderly or have a medical issue)

Upgrade to a Police ‘URN’ - for quicker Police Response

If you opt for SSAIB certification, we can now offer our customers a Police ‘URN’ (Unique Reference Number). This is a specific service offered by Police Forces across the UK, which ensures your details are recorded on an official Police database.

You can use a URN in conjunction with AMCO’s LiveTalk alarm monitoring to provide a ‘confirmed’ alarm status, and get in direct contact with the Police.
